· Your mobile number, opt-in/opt-out status, and limited records of your consent and messaging activity (such as STOP/HELP requests).

C. Website and technical information

D. Donations (when enabled)

· If/when online donations are enabled, donations are accepted and processed through a third-party payment processor. We may receive non-sensitive donation details, such as the donor's name and contact information, donation amount, date/time, and transaction confirmation.

2) How We Use Information

· Send campaign updates and communications you request. 

· Organize volunteers and events. 

· Maintain internal records and comply with applicable election/campaign finance requirements.

3) We Do Not Share or Sell Personal Information

The Campaign does not share, sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information including names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers—to any third parties.

4) Banking Data: No Retention, No Sharing, No Selling

The Campaign does not retain, share, or sell any banking data. This includes sensitive payment credentials such as full payment card numbers, CVV codes, bank account credentials, or online banking login information. If/when online donations are enabled, payment information is processed by a third-party payment processor. The Campaign does not store sensitive payment credentials on Campaign systems. Important: The Campaign may retain non-banking records related to transactions and compliance (for example, donor name/contact information you provided, amounts, dates, and confirmation details), as well as other financial records required for lawful reporting, auditing, and recordkeeping.

5) SMS/Text Messaging Privacy and Consent

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive texts from the Campaign:

· You consent to receive campaign-related text messages at the number provided.

· Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

· Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help.

· Consent to receive texts is not required as a condition of donating or making any purchase.

We use SMS messages to communicate with you and maintain your opt-in/opt-out preferences.

6) Service Providers

We may use service providers to support Campaign operations (such as website hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, analytics, security services, and—when enabled—payment processing). These providers may process information only to perform services for the Campaign and are expected to protect it and use it only for Campaign purposes.

7) Legal Disclosures: Court-Ordered Requests Only

Except for disclosures required by election/campaign finance laws (including public filings), the Campaign will disclose personal information only in response to a valid court order or other legally binding judicial process. We do not honor informal or voluntary requests to share personal information. Where permitted, we may provide notice before responding.
