To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability arising from or related to this Site shall be limited to the lesser of $100 or the amount of any contribution you made through the Site during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JohnKessler4Conroe, John Kessler, and Enrique Diaz (Treasurer), the Campaign’s officers, volunteers, agents, consultants, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
